The underlying time zone data is sourced from the IANA Time Zone Database (iana.org/time-zones), which is in the public domain.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. TIME ZONE DATA IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES WITHOUT NOTICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORLDTIMEPAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED FLIGHTS, APPOINTMENTS, OR DEADLINES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim (which in most cases is zero, as the Service is free).
